Terms and Conditions for PAW PAL Effective Date

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the PAW PAL app App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration - Creating an Account: To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. - Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the App - Permitted Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it. - Prohibited Activities: You agree not to: - Violate any laws or regulations. - Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful. - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

5. Blood Requests and Offers - Posting Requests: You may post requests for blood on the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Responding to Requests: If you respond to a blood request, you agree to communicate honestly and to provide accurate information about your dog’s suitability for donation. - Limitations: PAW PAL does not guarantee that requests will be fulfilled or that responses will be timely. We are not responsible for the outcome of any blood requests or offers.

6. Health Disclaimer The App is for facilitating communication about blood requests and offers and does not provide medical or veterinary advice. Always consult with a veterinarian regarding your dogs health and suitability for blood donation.

7. Subscription and Fees - Pricing: Some features may require a subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. - Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. - Changes to Fees: We may change subscription fees with notice to you.

8. Intellectual Property - Ownership: All content and intellectual property in the App is owned by or licensed to PAW PAL and Almubdieun tech LLC. You cannot use any resource without using it.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAW PAL is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the six months before the claim.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of DUBAI UAE. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of dubai uae dubai united arab emirates.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
